How to do it

Kettlebell deadlift to box jump: exercise position

Kettlebell deadlift to box jump

Advanced complex that performs a kettlebell deadlift, sets the load down safely and finishes with a controlled jump onto a box.

Form. Master both exercises separately first, set the kettlebell down steadily on the floor and jump only to a height you can land with control.

Common mistake. Jumping with technical fatigue, landing with stiff knees, placing the load too close to the box, or not securing the landing space.

Quadriceps, Gluteus maximus · Kettlebell, Box or step

The muscles listed are an editorial reference, not a measurement. Adjust the range and the load to what feels comfortable.
