How to do it

Half-kneeling cable Meadows row
Unilateral pull from half-kneeling that combines the lats, mid back and anti-rotation control.
Form. Fix the pelvis, pull the elbow toward the hip and keep the trunk from rotating toward the cable.
Common mistake. Turning the torso, shrugging the shoulder, or turning it into a biceps curl.
