Barbell good morning
Hip hinge with a barbell on your back.
Form. Lean the torso by pushing the hips back and keep your trunk braced.
Common mistake. Going lower than you can while keeping control of the lower back.

Squat to good morning
Combination of a squat and a hip hinge with your hands on your head, common for warming up the legs and posterior chain.
Form. With your hands behind your head, do a squat, stand up and, with your knees slightly bent, tilt your trunk from the hips keeping a neutral back; come back up and repeat.
Common mistake. Rounding the back in the good morning, pulling on your neck with your hands, or going lower than your mobility allows.
