How to do it

Goblet squat to reverse lunge
Leg complex that chains a goblet squat with a reverse lunge, keeping the dumbbell against the chest.
Form. Hold the dumbbell upright against your chest, do a full squat, stand up and step back into the lunge; return to the starting position and alternate legs on every rep.
Common mistake. Dropping the chest and the dumbbell, letting the front knee cave in, taking steps that are too short, or speeding up without stabilizing between the two movements.
