How to do it

BOSU glute bridge with kettlebell pullover
Glute bridge on a balance half-dome while the kettlebell moves in a pullover, a progression that demands hip, shoulder and ab coordination.
Form. Use a very light load, set the bridge first and move the kettlebell only as far as you keep your ribs and pelvis stable.
Common mistake. Using an excessive load, losing head support, arching the lower back, or attempting the progression without mastering the floor bridge.
