How to do it

Elevated kettlebell squat
Squat with a kettlebell in the goblet position performed on a low support, a progression that requires balance and a safe surface.
Form. Use a wide, stable riser, keep the load close and lower at a controlled pace before putting your whole foot down again.
Common mistake. Choosing a narrow support, letting the knees collapse, losing balance, or using an excessive kettlebell.
