How to do it

Dumbbell transverse lunge
Diagonal lunge holding dumbbells that challenges the gluteus medius, adductors and knee control beyond the frontal plane.
Form. Take a conservative diagonal step, keep the dumbbells beside your body and return pushing with the front leg without turning the pelvis.
Common mistake. Crossing too far, letting the knee drop inward, leaning the trunk, or losing the path of the dumbbells.
