How to do it

T-bar deadlift to row
T-bar complex that starts from a hinge and ends with a row, integrating the posterior chain, lats and mid back.
Form. Master the hinge and the row separately first, keep the bar close and pause the transition before pulling your elbows back.
Common mistake. Rounding the back at lift-off, using an explosive jerk, shrugging your shoulders, or chaining reps once posture is lost.
