How to do it

BOSU deadlift to lateral raise
Standing complex on a BOSU that chains a dumbbell hip hinge with a lateral raise, to work the posterior chain, shoulders and balance.
Form. Standing on the BOSU with light dumbbells, bend at the hips and knees lowering the dumbbells with a neutral back, stand up and raise your arms to the sides to shoulder height; lower and repeat.
Common mistake. Using heavy dumbbells for the raise, rounding the back, raising your arms above shoulder height, or losing balance.
