How to do it

Child's pose
Kneeling pose with the glutes toward the heels and the arms extended in front, which relaxes and stretches the back.
Form. Kneel, spread your knees slightly, bring your glutes toward your heels and slide your hands forward letting your chest sink toward the floor; breathe slowly and deeply.
Common mistake. Forcing the glutes to the heels if the knees hurt, tensing the shoulders and neck, or holding your breath.
