How to do it

Cable rear delt fly
Rear fly with cables that keeps continuous tension on the rear deltoid and the shoulder-blade muscles.
Form. Keep your chest steady, open with your arms in a controlled arc and avoid shrugging.
Common mistake. Pulling with the upper trapezius, using trunk momentum, or extending the elbows too much.
