How to do it

Barbell reverse lunge
Reverse lunge with a barbell on your back that combines hip, knee and trunk control under a stable load.
Form. Set the bar securely, take a moderate step back and return pushing the floor away with the front leg.
Common mistake. Crossing the step, dropping without control, or leaning the torso to compensate.
