How to do it

Barbell deadlift to curl
Strength complex that combines a barbell deadlift and a biceps curl in the standing position, useful for full-body circuits.
Form. Choose a load you can curl with clean technique: do the deadlift with a neutral back, finish standing with active glutes, do the curl without swinging the trunk and lower the bar again sending the hips back.
Common mistake. Choosing the weight for the deadlift instead of the curl, rounding the back on the way down, using hip momentum to lift the bar in the curl, or chaining reps without recovering posture.
