How to do it

Banded curl to front raise: exercise position

Banded curl to front raise

Band sequence that ends in a front raise, useful for working the front delt without losing trunk control.

Form. Stand on the band symmetrically, complete a smooth curl and raise your hands in front of your shoulders without arching your back.

Common mistake. Using a band that forces you to swing, shrugging your neck, or raising beyond the range you control.
