How to do it

Band shoulder pass-through
Passing a band overhead from front to behind your back with straight arms, for shoulder mobility.
Form. Hold the band with a wide grip, raise it with straight arms overhead to behind your back and return; bring your hands closer only when the movement is comfortable.
Common mistake. Bending the elbows to get through, arching the back, using too narrow a grip, or forcing it with pain.
