How to do it

Cable chest crossover: exercise position

Cable chest crossover

Cable crossover that keeps tension on the pecs as you bring your arms together in front of the trunk.

Form. Lean the trunk slightly, bring your hands forward in an arc and return with scapular control.

Common mistake. Rolling your shoulders forward, hyperextending your back, or letting the weights clash at the end.
