How to do it

Stability ball bridge with kettlebell press: exercise position

Stability ball bridge with kettlebell press

Glute bridge with your back on a stability ball while performing a kettlebell press, a progression that combines horizontal pushing and pelvic control.

Form. Secure the ball against a stable surface if you are a beginner, form the bridge first and press the kettlebell without letting the pelvis rotate.

Common mistake. Using a ball that rolls, hyperextending the lower back, lowering the kettlebell without control, or loading more than your shoulder stability allows.
