How to do it

Eccentric sliding leg curl
From a glute bridge, the heels slide away and return with control to train the hamstrings and pelvic stability.
Form. Raise your pelvis to a height you can control, extend your legs slowly and reduce the range if you cannot keep your hips stable.
Common mistake. Letting the pelvis drop, arching the lower back, or sliding too fast as you move your heels away.
