How to do it

Single-leg leg press hip thrust
Single-leg hip thrust against the platform of a leg press, which concentrates the load on one glute while the machine gives a stable reference.
Form. Plant the working foot firmly, keep the pelvis square and drive from the heel without twisting on the way up.
Common mistake. Using a range that pinches the hip, locking the knee, rotating the pelvis, or hyperextending the lower back at the end.
