How to do it

Bench reverse hyperextension

Hip extension with the trunk supported that loads the glutes and hamstrings without turning into lower-back hyperextension.

Form. Rest your torso, raise your legs with your glutes and finish aligned without throwing the lower back.

Common mistake. Using momentum, spreading the legs, or raising too high and arching the back.
