How to do it

Nordic curl: exercise position

Nordic curl

High-demand hamstring exercise that prioritizes controlling the descent with the body aligned.

Form. Anchor your ankles, keep a long line from knees to shoulders and lower only as slowly as you can control.

Common mistake. Bending at the hips, falling without control, or attempting the full range before mastering assistance.

The muscles listed are an editorial reference, not a measurement. Adjust the range and the load to what feels comfortable.
