How to do it

Machine stiff-leg deadlift
Machine hip hinge with barely bent knees, aimed at training the hamstrings and glutes with a more stable path.
Form. Adjust the starting point, send your hips back without rounding your back and extend until you are tall without hyperextending the lower back.
Common mistake. Turning the movement into a squat, fully locking the knees, shrugging the shoulders, or chasing more range and losing the long back.
