How to do it

Landmine glute kickback: exercise position

Landmine glute kickback

Glute kickback from all fours with a landmine bar securely resting on the foot, which lets you load hip extension.

Form. Secure the anchor and the support surface, fix the pelvis and push your foot back without losing a neutral spine or turning the hip.

Common mistake. Improvising the anchor, slamming the bar, arching the lower back, opening the pelvis, or using a load you cannot brake.
