How to do it

Landmine B-stance deadlift
Deadlift with a landmine bar and a staggered stance that lets you load the main leg with a more guided path.
Form. Keep the front leg as the main support, send your hips back and guide the bar close to your body without rotating the pelvis.
Common mistake. Pushing too much with the auxiliary leg, turning the movement into a squat, rounding the back, or moving the bar away.
