How to do it

TRX single-leg deadlift with kettlebell curl
Single-leg deadlift with the back foot hooked in a suspension strap, followed by a kettlebell curl on the way up.
Form. With the back foot in the strap and the kettlebell in your hands, tilt the trunk from the hips bringing the kettlebell toward the floor; stand up pushing with the standing leg and curl before repeating.
Common mistake. Rounding the back, turning the hip, letting the standing knee sink, or pulling the curl with the back.
