How to do it

Kettlebell B-stance deadlift
Deadlift with a staggered stance where the front leg concentrates the work and the back leg provides light stability.
Form. Load the front foot, send your hips back with a long spine and use the back leg only as support, without pushing hard with it.
Common mistake. Turning it into a squat, sharing the weight equally, opening the pelvis, or rounding the back on the way down.
