How to do it

Bench incline push-up
Push-up with hands on a bench that reduces the relative load and lets you learn the plank line before going to the floor.
Form. Place your hands firmly on the bench, make a long line from head to heels and lower your chest without letting the pelvis drop.
Common mistake. Shrugging your shoulders, arching the lower back, or using an unstable support.
