How to do it

Standing cable chest press
Horizontal press with two cables that combines chest work with anti-extension stability and trunk control.
Form. Set the cables at chest height, step one foot forward and push without rotating or flaring your ribs.
Common mistake. Arching the lower back, pushing the shoulders forward, or losing control on the way back.
