How to do it

Archer push-up: exercise position

Archer push-up

Asymmetric push-up where one arm does the main push while the other stays extended alongside.

Form. Shift your torso toward the arm that is bending and keep a solid line from shoulders to hips to ankles.

Common mistake. Rotating the pelvis, collapsing onto the shoulder, or trying too much range without control.

Pectoralis major · Bodyweight

The muscles listed are an editorial reference, not a measurement. Adjust the range and the load to what feels comfortable.
